Where's my order?
We usually ship the order within a week after you complete the purchase. Once shipped, you’ll be notified by email stating your order on the way. Please find the tracking number there and put in our tracking page for accurate information.
What's the shipping method?
We provide Free shipping and Fast delivery methods.
Free Shipping :Via China Post( about 15-30 working days delivery different by countries).
Fast Delivery: UPS, DHL,FedEx(5-7 working days delivery ).
Orders will be processed within 1 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.
You can track your shipment by tracking number that we’ll send you after your order shipped.
How can I make change to my order?
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we could help with the order changes if applicable. Such as changing size, color, shipping service, shipping address, or custom made request. Please be informed that there will be price difference if you are requesting the different size or afferent type items.
If an order shipped already, we are sorry we could not help with any cancellations or exchanges, but return available.
Why payment not success?
When you are facing the problem that transaction was declined and unable to make the payment with your credit card.
We’d suggest that you try below:
Call your issuing bank to clear up any problems that are causing the card to be declined. Once the issuing bank confirms that they will approve future attempts, you could try the transaction again.
How do I return an item?
